Grief and Loss

I am 16 weeks pregnant. The doctors informed me that my baby has serious abnormalities and may be born with severe disabilities. They also said that the baby may not survive after birth. Because I have already had two previous C-sections, this delivery would most likely require another C-section. I have now been given the option of terminating the pregnancy because I wish to have healthy pregnancies in the future. According to Islam, is termination of pregnancy at 17 weeks allowed in such circumstances?
