I’m sharing this because I feel like sometimes we women hesitate to speak up when someone crosses a boundary, especially when it’s someone we know. I had a male friend whom I’ve known for about four years. He has been married for a year, and recently he suddenly asked me if I would be interested in having sex with him. I clearly told him that I wasn’t comfortable with that and that if he continued, I would take it seriously and tell his wife and report the behavior as harassment. He immediately backed off. Later, another male colleague asked me whether I was looking for love or lust. I said I would be open to getting to know someone if it naturally developed into something meaningful. He said he was only interested in lust and wanted things to happen within 10 days. 😂 I told him very clearly that I would report inappropriate behavior at work if he continued. Since then, nobody has bothered me, and honestly, I feel like I finally got my freedom. 😂 So ladies, don’t get scared. Know your boundaries, say NO clearly, and don’t feel guilty for protecting your peace. We don’t have to tolerate uncomfortable behavior just because we know the person, work with them, or are afraid of what they might think. Sometimes we just need a little dare to stand up for ourselves

I’ve been on the bench since this week, and RMG has asked me to report every morning and complete 9 hours. 😅 The challenge is—I don’t have a company laptop, there’s no dedicated workstation available in the TCS office, and the training room is usually full. At the same time, I’m getting multiple project calls and attending interviews on my personal laptop, while also being asked to come to the office and report. So basically, I’m trying to manage office reporting + interviews + project calls + 9 hours, all without a laptop or a proper place to sit. What would you suggest I do to solve this puzzle Note- rmg is not concern about my allocation all he is asking to report and maintain 9 hours. Not allowing me to apply even sick leave

I'm a Muslim woman working as a chef in a commercial kitchen, and during my shifts there is no clean or private place available where I can comfortably perform salah. I am also not comfortable praying in an open area where coworkers can see me making ruku' and sujood. The only private place I have access to is my parked car. In this situation, would it be permissible for me to pray my fard salah seated in my car while the prayer time is still valid, rather than allowing the prayer time to pass and making it up later? If so, how should I perform the prayer, including facing the qiblah, ruku', and sujood?
