Terms of Service

1. Agreement

Whisprin ("the app") is operated by Intellminds Incorporation ("Whisprin," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using Whisprin, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Community Guidelines, and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use Whisprin.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Whisprin. By using it, you confirm you meet that requirement. We may suspend or terminate any account we reasonably believe belongs to someone under 18.

3. What Whisprin is -- and isn't

Whisprin is an anonymous social and entertainment app for sharing confessions and connecting with a community of strangers. It has no other purpose or affiliation.

Whisprin is not therapy, counseling, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, journalism, or an emergency or crisis service. Nothing posted by another member, a moderator, or generated by any AI feature on Whisprin is professional advice of any kind, and you should not rely on it as such. Content on Whisprin reflects the opinions of the individual members who posted it, not Whisprin.

4. Your account

You sign in with a real authentication provider (currently Google), but you post under an anonymous handle that is never shown to other members alongside your real identity. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for everything that happens under your account. One account per person; don't create an account to evade a ban or impersonate someone else.

5. Content you post

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting on Whisprin, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content within the app for as long as it remains posted, solely to operate and provide the service.

You're solely responsible for what you post and for following our Community Guidelines, which are part of these Terms. Don't post anything illegal, anything that identifies a real person without consent, or anything the Guidelines prohibit.

6. AI-assisted moderation

Content you post is automatically screened by an AI system before it becomes visible to other members, and may be reviewed by a human moderator afterward. This screening is a safety measure, not a guarantee -- it can miss content it should catch, and it can flag content it shouldn't. We don't warrant that any content shown to you on Whisprin has been reviewed, is accurate, or is safe.

7. Moderation and enforcement

We can remove any content, and suspend or terminate any account, at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including a suspected violation of these Terms or the Community Guidelines. We have no obligation to monitor, keep, or restore any content, and no obligation to act on any particular report.

8. No warranty

Whisprin is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that Whisprin will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any content on it is accurate, appropriate, or safe. You use Whisprin, and rely on anything posted on it, entirely at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intellminds Incorporation and anyone working on its behalf will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, goodwill, or profits, arising from your use of Whisprin or any content posted on it -- including content posted by other members -- even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Whisprin is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us to use it in the twelve months before the claim arose. Whisprin is currently free to use, and this amount is currently zero.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Your responsibility for other members

Whisprin is not responsible for the conduct or content of any member, on or off the app. Any dispute you have with another member is between you and that member; you release Whisprin from any claim arising from such disputes, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intellminds Incorporation and anyone working on its behalf from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of Whisprin, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

You can stop using Whisprin and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us (see below). We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, without notice. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination -- including Sections 8 through 11 -- will survive.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms as Whisprin changes. If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Whisprin after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
